How do I subscribe?
Subscribing is simple and ensures your essentials arrive right when you need them.
When adding a product to your cart:
1. Select Subscribe
2. Choose your preferred delivery frequency
3. Select your quantity
4. Click Add to Cart, then proceed to checkout as usual.
Your selected products will be automatically billed to your secure card on file and delivered according to the schedule you’ve chosen so your routine remains consistent, without interruption.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal.
To cancel:
1. Log in to your customer portal
2. Select the Subscriptions tab
3. Click Manage this subscription under the product you wish to cancel
4. Select Cancel subscription at the bottom of the page
Your subscription will be cancelled immediately, and no future orders will be processed.
How do I manage my subscription account?
Your subscription can be managed anytime through your customer portal.
Once logged in, you can swap products, skip an upcoming order, or update your subscription settings to suit your routine.
What payment methods are accepted?
Subscription orders can be paid using credit card, PayPal, or Shop Pay.
Please note that Afterpay and Shop Pay Installments are not supported for subscription purchases.
Can I use a discount code with my subscription?
Discount codes, promotions, and gift-with-purchase offers cannot be applied to subscription orders.
Will I receive a free sample with every subscription order?
You may select a complimentary sample with your first subscription order when your order total reaches $100 or more.
Subsequent subscription orders do not include samples. Instead, subscribers receive access to curated gifts and exclusive subscriber benefits throughout the year.
Will I be notified if a product in my subscription is sold out?
Yes. If a product in your subscription is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified.
You’ll have the option to reschedule or modify your upcoming order directly through your subscription.
Can I place a subscription order for an international address?
At this time, subscription orders are only available for domestic shipping and cannot be delivered internationally.
