*Transit times to major city centers in select destinations around the world. Some additional delays may be experienced for regions outside of major city centers or due to customs delays.

Orders shipped internationally are subject to duty and customs fees which are the responsibility of the recipient. See “Duties” section below for more information.

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours however please allow up to 3 business days to process your orders during peak times. Shipping transit times are over and above order processing times.

Confirmations (Order & Shipping)
All shipping options have tracking numbers for live tracing. At the time of placing your order with us you will receive an "Order Confirmation" by email confirming reception of your order. Once your order has been packed and shipped you will also receive a "Shipping Confirmation" by email providing you with your shipment tracking number. To ensure you receive our confirmations simply add us ( to your email address book.

Prices listed on Vivier Pharma’s website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and all orders are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Depending on where you are making your purchases, the prices will be converted on your credit card statement to your home currency based on your credit card’s exchange rate at the time of the purchase.

Duties (International customers)
Customers purchasing from outside of Canada will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties and/or customs fees at the time the order arrives at its destination. These fees are determined by the country where the package is shipped. Vivier Pharma is not responsible for any duties or customs fees. We recommend that you contact your local department of commerce to find out more information on any such fees that are applicable to your home country. Packages undergoing customs clearance may experience additional delays that are out of our control.

Shipping Discrepancies
Contact Customer Care directly at within 3 business days of receipt to advise of any shipping discrepancies (incorrect item received, missing item). Vivier Pharma is not responsible for any discrepancies reported after 3 days of receipt.

Lost or Damaged Items in Transit
Contact Customer Care directly at within 3 business days of receipt or discovery of any lost or damaged items. Vivier Pharma is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages reported after 3 business days of receipt.

Please note that shipping charges (and returns charges if applicable) are non-refundable. You will still be charged the shipping fees and any return fees if you refuse the items at the time of delivery.

Unclaimed Packages / Wrong Address Provided
Please note that any unclaimed shipments, refused shipments or returned packages due to wrong address provided are subject to the return shipping costs plus the original shipping charge that was paid by Vivier Pharma to send the package. If the shipping costs were originally paid by the customer, only the return shipping costs and any fees associated with the unclaimed or refused shipment will be charged to the customer. Please double check that your “shipping address” is correct to avoid incurring this fee. We will contact you if your unclaimed package is returned to us.
