RETURNS POLICY

customers. As part of our dedication to your care, we strive to exceed your expectations with the skin care solutions and service we provide.

Only items purchased on this website can be returned through vivierskin.ca. For items purchased elsewhere, please contact the original point of purchase regarding your return.

To be eligible for a return at vivierskin.ca you must satisfy the following requirements:

  • Item(s) must be unopened in their original packaging. Returns for kits must include all items in the kit.
  • Obtain prior authorization from Vivier Pharma Customer Care and receive a Return Authorization number (RA #).
  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
To complete your return, please follow these steps.

  • Review the entire returns policy.
  • If you meet the eligibility requirements, email onlinecare@vivierpharma.com and provide your Order #. An RA # will be generated and provided to you by email.
  • Carefully package all returned item(s) in their original packaging.
  • Clearly indicate the RA# on the outside of your return package. Please note any returns sent to us without an RA# clearly indicated on the outside of the package will not be accepted.
  • Ship your returned item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date to:

Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return and refund to the original payment method.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible to pay for return shipment charges. Vivier Pharma is not responsible for returned packages that may be
lost or damaged in transit. To ensure that we receive the package we recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly or damaged in transit. All other
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
Items that are received damaged from transit are eligible for return providing that Vivier Pharma Customer Care is advised
within 3 days of receiving the damaged items. Email onlinecare@vivierpharma.com for further instructions.

Shipping Discrepancies
Contact us directly at onlinecare@vivierpharma.com within 3 days of receipt to advise of any shipping discrepancies. Vivier Pharma
is not responsible for any discrepancies reported after 3 days of receipt.

Allergic Reactions
Vivier products are developed and manufactured under pharmaceutical standards using ingredients that are non-allergenic. We understand that some products may not agree with your skin. In the rare event of an allergic reaction to a Vivier product, kindly advise us by email at onlinecare@vivierpharma.com within the first 48 hours of use and within 30 days of the purchase. Vivier may request a physician’s note and/or photos of the reaction to confirm that it was caused by one of our products. If approved, a refund for the individual product
that caused the reaction will be issued. It will not be required to return the product in the event of a skin reaction.

We recommend reviewing the product ingredients and directions prior to purchasing. This information is not intended to replace the advice of a physician.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that all returns are subject to our review. We may deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once. Returns that do not meet the Returns Policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned to the customer upon request and at customer’s expense.

If your return is approved, a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. Your bank institution may have additional processing time.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Once a return is approved, Vivier processes refunds within approximately 7 business days. If you do not see your refund indicated on your statement within a timely manner, kindly check with your credit card company directly and/or with your banking institution if needed as the timeframe for posting transactions can vary by banking institution.

Additional Information
Vivier Pharma reserves the right to modify or change this Returns Policy at any time. Vivier Pharma also reserves the right to refuse any return at its sole discretion.
